Please take note that I specifically highlighted this particular branch as it is the WORST pizza hut outlet ever. All my colleagues were so disappointed that they made me to snap pictures & post over my blog to share it with my readers here. So here it goes.
Every table we were greeted with this placard, "Lunch Express : No Fuss. Just Fast!" But to our disappointment it took more than 30 minutes for our meal to arrive, making us feel "Just Fuss, No Fast!" instead. wtf... I never even bother to claim the RM5 rebate for my next purchase, as I had promised myself this will be the last time ever I visit this outlet.
We also ordered Prawn Olio which look so appetizing from the menu, but again a major let down when the spaghetti arrived on our table. Plain seasoned spaghetti with bad presentation. wtf again...
Another colleague of mine ordered set meal Chicken Arabiatta, again food presentation failed us. I do not know what had happened to Pizza Hut, such a poor QC and mind you, it is not the cheapest fast food outlet in town. From the menu, the set meal looks like this...
But when it arrived at our table, it awfully looked like this... I mean wtf right?
Almost everything that arrived on our table, we cursed except for the jug of Coke that came together with the Pizza combo meal set. Even the breadstix tasted like it was a leftover a few days earlier, cold & hard. It seriously tested our patience to the maximum.
Finally the pizza arrived, we can no longer take this kind of torture that I requested to speak to the manager. He came to our table looked nervous, I kept my cool and only requested for a comment form.
I am not very sure if my comment slip ever makes its way to the management of Pizza Hut or not (I doubt it), but just my reminder to the manager that they need major improvement. As I filled up the form with complaints, the manager was kind enough to get us another jug of Coke complimentary. And after I passed the comment slip to him, he read it and immediately changed our breadstix & prawn olio.
Now look at the difference of my previous picture, so much better right the presentation of the food? I mean if there is QC, nothing is impossible. I myself had been in the service industry before, I am saddened such a big organization like Pizza Hut can insult its customers with such a service. Sad case!

I've ate there before but never tried anything besides the pizzas. Even that is the standard hawaiian and supreme.
Sadly, their service isn't as fast as the ones I've been so far. But the food presentation as you said wasn't pleasing.
Well, if pizza hut managers read or write blogs theyd be hard pressed by this. Especially since Dominis so far still delivers their promise.

Yes! I've had several less than perfect experiences at Queensbay Mall's Pizza Hut. Once, I was served the garlic bread with a bit of moss at the side! After taking one bite, I spotte it and I asked to have it replaced.
Last time, I went to Queensbay often and I like pizza so naturally I'd head off to Pizza Hut. Unfortunately the service then was somewhat okay. I don't quite remember what was QM's Pizza Hut's fault but I know I never liked to go there.
Oh perhaps it's their garlic bread. Always their garlic doesn't taste so fresh.
But during my most recent visit there, everything was fine. They had more workers than before. And the garlic bread was better than before. Better but not much better.
yer...the food look really disgusting lar... pizza hut is really getting worst. i think they get away with it coz most ppl will just keep their mouth shut and never bother to voice out their disatisfaction. so it's great that u did the comment card thing. if more ppl complaint then at least they will be improvement... i hope.
yeap...sis and I shared the seafood lasagna a few years back and spent the next whole day with a bad tummy...
For good and affordable pasta dishes, I find that KLCC's Signature menu is quite good actually.. Never ever have those at Pizza hut.. :p

In Thailand, the only thing I can complain is how cold their chicken wings is..
How slow their pizza is..
How bad the service is (I raised my hand thrice before having to walk to the counter to order for a jug of sprite !)..
Other than that, the pizza tastes good!

Pizza Hut used to it already. Even the PizzaHut shoplot that nearby my house also having messy system. All the tables never clean at all. I need to self-service to clean it. I think my experience worse than you loh
