彩虹

My feeling on a Sunday all by myself. I know I am getting no where, I am not clear, I am lost, this song plays a significant role. I love her, I miss her. Doubts, clouds casted above her affected me as well. Shouldn't love be beautiful? Shouldn't love be simple? Why do I felt so much torturing inside? Isn't this love? What is love? The word love is fading away from my dictionary. Enjoy the song.

彩虹 (Rainbow)

Verse 1:哪裡有彩虹告訴我
Where is the rainbow, please tell me...

能不能把我的願望還給我
Whether I can have my wish back?

為什麼天這麼安靜
Why is the sky became so calm?

所有雲都跑到我這裡
All the clouds casted above me

Verse 2: 有沒有口罩一個給我
Is there a mask, please get me one

釋懷說了太多就成真不了
If I open up, my thoughts will overflow & will not be realized

也許時間是一種解藥
Perhaps time is an antidote

也是我現在正服下的毒藥
Or perhaps it is the poison I am taking now

Bridge: 看不見你的笑 我怎麼睡得著
How can I sleep without seeing your smile?

你的身影這麼近我卻抱不到
Your image is so near yet so far, out of my embrace

沒有地球太陽還是會繞
Without the earth, the sun will still be orbiting

沒有理由我也能自己走
Without a reason, I can still carry on

Chorus: 你要離開 我知道很簡單
You want to leave, I know it is simple

你說依賴 是我們的阻礙
You said over-reliance is our obstacle

就算放開 那能不能別沒收我的愛
Even if I let go, can I at least keep the love to myself?

當作我最後才明白
Just assume that I will understand at last

MikeMmery Pimped Ole-Ole Bali, Sunway Pyramid

It had been a while since I last write about the makan places. I had this authentic Indonesian food at Sunway Pyramid, it resembles Bumbu Bali @ Bandar Puteri, Puchong which I did a posting for it in the past.

Food wise very much alike Bumbu's. The only thing which is much better is the restaurant's ambience & surroundings. Huge comfortable Balinese plank chair, the smell of some scented joss sticks make the place pretty relaxing and soothing.

But be aware when you order the food. Unless you had a big tank like mine, it is advisable especially for ladies to share their food. Because the portion is really big.

We had this Ayam Betutu and Siap Megoreng which all these specialties will be served with Nasi Kuning, Sambel Matah, Sambel Terasi, Rempeyek, Sauteed Kangkong & other condiments. Both come with half chicken. So imagine the portion.

Then my lady friend had this Mixed Green Salad - a mixture of fresh vegetables, hard-boiled egg, fried shallots, fried tofu with spicy lemongrass & shallot dressing.

And the picture below is another Balinese specialties, Nasi Campur Ole-Ole. It is the combination of Balinese Grilled Lemongrass Prawns, Squid, Fish, choice of beef or chicken rendang & sate lilit, served with Lawar, Sambel Terasi and Sambel Matah.

And the desserts they served put Baskin Robbin to shame. We had this special Banana Bowl - three scoops of Ice Cream (vanilla, chocolate & strawberry), tempting toppings & bananas. Yummy... yummy...

And the damage - trust me, with this wholesome dinner, the damage is relatively be categorized under "Affordable & Reasonable".

Ayam Betutu - RM22
Siap Megoreng - RM21
Nasi Campur Ole-Ole - RM30
Mixed Green Salad - RM7
Banana Bowl - RM9
Service & BN's taxes (15%) - RM13.35

Total Damage - RM102.35

Tempting huh?

Where is Ole-Ole Bali?

Water For Petrol???

Read this interesting article in Uncle Zorro and I guess it will be a good share to all with the recent petrol price hike by Bodohwi.

Water for gas??? I was a bit skeptical about it until I read this. It makes sense. We all know water is known as H20. Meaning to say water is composed of 2 parts of Hydrogen & 1 part of Oxygen. So if we can extract Hydrogen & Oxygen from water, meaning it can be fuel, logical isn't it? With Hydrogen as burner & we all know that we need Oxygen in order to have a burning.

Now that really make sense innit? And if water can replace fuel, fuck do I look like I care if Bodohwi going to increase the petrol price to RM10/litre or not because now water is free, if you stay in Selangor, water is absolutely free and we do not have to be like some fuckhead who mentioned that Malaysia will be net importer of petroleum in 2011. If they really concern, invest in the below system and make it happen. And Petronas will tell me, "Do we look like we care for the rakyat?"

Imagine all cars in the world running on water. Where can I get this in Malaysia? The Water Power.

Malaysian Drama Is More Interesting Than TVB Drama

2008 saw a new time high in Malaysia's political scene. 8th March 2008, the political tsunami finally taught the ever-arrogant BN a lesson. Though the BN still ruling the country by a simple majority, it seems that the Dollah government does not seem to know how to please the people. We were slapped with a 41% petrol price hike (it's still seriously painful to most of us) then come this July a 18% increase of electricity for residence, in which earlier this year Najib brushed off news of price hike in petrol, this indicates that Ministers also human, they do LIE. Our PM also lied, making the tag team of Dollah-Najib Liar Liar. Then we have SAPP issue. More interestingly, read this following article, to believe or not to believe, totally up to you. So much more drama to watch and I cannot wait till the finale.

Sorry for the non-update for the past few days, there is no other reason than work that is keeping me away from other personal stuff. Got to also accompany my girlfriend friend. This morning slept at 4AM, went to this new nightclub in PJ, The Vivo Club (you know those club with overpriced Swing & with GROs sitting with you), blardy tired and sleepy now.

Today after work will be away for Mahjong and over the weekend I participated in some game organized by the Mix.FM Roadrunner team, I won the premiere screening for Run Fatboy Run.

Signing off for now. Though market is bad, I wonder why the corporate sales side (my department) is doing so well. It must be me... AHEM AHEM... must be I am a damn good strategist *perasan*

Back to work now... DUH?!?!?

Shaving & Waxing

It is interesting sometimes to have close female friends who can talk to you about anything under the sun. I had an evening outing with few close female friends and we were talking about shaving & waxing. Well... not on the leg part but we swayed towards the more naughty area of private part.

One of the girl claimed that she has never shave or wax that part before. My immediate reaction to her, "Eeeee... then it will be bushy". She then rebuked claiming that she did trimming. Being a guy who had been in a serious relationship before, I know all this facts about shaving & waxing as I am the paymaster to all my ex-gfs when I demanded them to get rid of those hair under. Charges then for waxing was in the region of RM80-RM100.

I am not sure about other man, I would prefer girls to shave or even wax all hairs on their body. I felt that this could be a turn off when comes to intimate moment with your partner. Even guy like me shaves.

How about you???

PS: Blogging consistently this week will be a little hard as I am tied up with many work commitments this month. Will be away for full day training on Thursday & Friday. A fellow reader just MSN-ed and asked if I am going to the Nuffnang party, all I need to do is to post something on my blog. Well, when I am not inspire to write something I do not want to write, I rather give up going that party, but I do not mind if Nuffnang can specially invite me as special guest though. To those who are going, enjoy!

Browsing MikeMmery

For the past 2 weeks, I had been receiving complains from my readers that they are encountering difficulties in viewing my blog. As I am a dummy on HTML, I am still very unsure what actually went wrong, perhaps someone who is reading this can advice me on this. It seems that most of them experiencing the difficulties browsing with MS Internet Explorer (IE).

For the time being though, please download the better browser, the Firefox web browser. Here is the link to the download. If you are pro-IE user, then try to upgrade your browser through Microsoft Updates here. Those who are on counterfeit Microsoft products, do not update, please be cooler & use the original products.

While I am waiting for generous readers to help me out, try out the two solutions I provided above. Sorry for inconveniences caused.

In the meantime, it is a hectic Monday for me. Right after this post, I will be heading to Putrajaya to demo for a mega project. And I vow to do my 2 months allowance claims today. At the same time, my mind tend to sway away to focus on my new house related matters - loan, S&P, lawyer, renovation, cash flow, etc...

I will see you guys tomorrow!

Another Stupid Promise After 41% Petrol Price Hike

Report from The Star today, another read my lips from the Barisan Najis. Najib, do not assume that your promise will make the public happy and settle down after the 41% petrol price hike. Do not ass-u-me because when you ass-u-me, you make an ASS between U and ME.

According to report, whatever fucking line extension it was, it was announced back in October 2006. And in that report too, it mentioned that the whole system due to complete in 2012. Blardy 6 years after it was announced. The whole Malaysian rail lines were so fucked up, covering 56KM at the moment, people needs to drive to the station or pay for feeder bus to get to the nearest station.

Najib, not all Malaysians you ASS-U-ME are "katak di bawah tempurung". Let me share with you the map below. This is not another read my lips or promises, this is progressively consistently expanding modern rail line which at the moment covering more than 100km radius with most stations within walking distances and free feeder bus service. And check-out here, when a MTR expansion route is announced, it takes a mere 4 years to get the line operating. While in Malaysia, Najib needs 6 years and I believe more!!!

Do not over promise and under delivering. BN is too famous for that, really too famous. Do it and make it happen, not just another read my lips or promises. Can any politicians in the BN make a difference? Duh... what a crap piece of news for my beautiful Sunday.

Out for my morning coffee now. Ciaoz!

Don't Angry With Pak Lah, He's Just A Farmer

Every now on then, we read a lot in blogosphere condemning our current premier "flip-flop" Badawi. I was drinking with a client last night, who is holding director post in a MNC, and we venture our conversation from a business one to a political one when he made the remark, "Correct! Correct! Correct!"

He told me he hates Pak Lah but sometimes come to think about it, all is not well his fault, he was made the PM by Tun Dr Mahathir by chance. And he is definitely not an economist. He is a farmer and Nasi Kandar champion. With his little knowledge about economy, he is relying a lot from the 4th floor boys. He is the classic among all Prime Ministers of Malaysia. He reminded me of the once upon a time famous Chipsmore cookies advert, "Now you see it, Now you don't!"

It is sad to see a farmer championing the country at the moment. You know all the ex-PM in Malaysia were given the title of "FATHER" or "BAPA" depending on their contribution to the nation. Tunku Abdul Rahman was our Father of Independence, Tun Abdul Razak was our Father of Development, Tun Hussein Onn was known as the Father of Unity and as for Tun Dr Mahathir, he was greatly known as the Father of Modernization. As for Badawi, he should be known as Father of what? Bapak apa? With such pressures from the public, he still think he had done nothing wrong and he is not responsible for the political tsunami on 8th March 2008. He asked the people to change lifestyle, like how? Planting veges & rearing chicken?

However, the most discussed topic in any kopitiam now would be will we see the change by Sept 16th dateline as per DSAI say? I am really looking forward to it. We certainly need an individual with great charisma & personality to run the country. Most importantly, someone who understand what economy is. Although I am a bit skeptical but I would give this man the benefit of the doubt should he be the No.1 man of Malaysia. At least, IMHO, he will not flip-flop like the former. I read about his vow to the nation and I believe he can make it happen.

Let's stop ranting about Pak Lah and have faith with the Sept 16th dateline. It's a great weekend.

Hey Pak Lah, jom nasi kandar?

Woes & Worries

The risk of project business most of the time is on payment issue. I have no doubts of my sales skill to the corporate world but during this economy turmoil & price hike situation, I encountered a few corporate clients who had failed miserably to pay us on time. And in this situation at times, I am stucked in the middle in between the client & my management.

Many occassions, big project requires credit terms. Many of my projects that I am involved now, I stressed to customers that I need at least a letter of credit (LC) or bank guarantee in order to avoid payment issue in the later stage after we supply. At the moment, I have two corporate accounts which are dragging the payment and I had already played my part to chase for these payment in, this 2 particular accounts had been dragging for more than 120 days and I always have to face gruelling sessions during the management meeting as they are doubting my credibility now as the head of the department.

The bad paymasters however only acquire 10% of my total sales for the company. Because of this 10% sometimes, my company made assumption as if I am not doing my job. In fact, myself & my junior had tried our best. The management does not however look at the 90% successful transactions with flying colors. Why? I really hope that by this month I can clear all this pending payment issue and close the accounts ASAP.

The moral of the story; for corporate & commercial sales at this moment, do require a LC or bank guarantee before signing off the project no matter how big is the company. This is essential especially time are bad.

I am facing the management again in less than 15 minutes, and I want to end the day today soonest possible. It is unnecessary stress on a Friday for me. God bless & I had my ass gel-led already. Wish me luck!!!!

Happy weekend to all!!!

Sex & The City

The topic has nothing to do with the TV series in fact. A female who read my previous post, called me just a while ago and asked, "Can I rape you?" *sweat*

You do not find many girls talked about sex openly, when a guy starts to talk about it, some girls will see them as pervert while some girls when they talked about sex, they can go on beyond your imaginary *sweat*

Do girls labelled guys who talked about sex as pervert? I am wondering...

I Am Hot & Horny Now

Working had not been a pleasure for me for the past few days. The office building I am working in Kelana Jaya is experiencing power problem which caused the centralized air conditioning system in the whole buidling malfunctioning. It had been like this since Tuesday, imagining working in an environment without air conditioning. I am wondering what the hell this Kelana Brem Tower management tackles this problem. For a big man like me, slight movement will caused me to sweat like a cow (but does cow sweat in the first place?). Brem Tower, give me back my air cond, damnitt!!!

In additional to my hotness now, you know there is this once in a blue moon time when you feel particularly horny. I am feeling like that now! How?!? All this started from a SMS from a girl telling me she's naked now! Damn! She officially turn me on!

Life @ 30

This post is specially dedicated to one of my best friend in high school, Michael Ang. This post is to welcome Yu Chen to the world. Buddy, congrats & I am seriously happy for you.

Not many of my close buddies who I grew up with have settle down. I have not seriously thought of settling down after my previous relationship. But I do open up myself to welcome a fresh start for this girl who I am fond with but unfortunately she still felt doubtful on certain things about me. To all my readers who thought I am attached all this while - No, I am not attached. Yes, I am seeing someone as a 'special' friend. How long does this 'special' friend relationship be dragged, I am unsure myself too.

Seeing my best buddy's first child on video did gave me a certain rush of emotions. I love kids, I always do. Even the girls that I got involved with in the past commented that if I ever have kids, I will neglect the wife. I like to be surrounded by kids, I like the way they pester you at times to play with them. Then I think to myself, is this a sign that I am desperate to have a family of myself? My family, I know my dad & mom eagerly waiting for that day as I am the eldest in my family. Mom & Dad, if you are reading this (they are my readers as well), your son is working very hard towards it.

I had mellowed down a lot on my work. I used to work late hours, forcing myself to be in office although I can be home. But lately, I felt tired with work. Tired at times having to face pretenders in workplace. It is hard to find people who can work with passion, I can see more pretenders who are hungry for power & politicking in the office. Nobody will remember the milestone you achieved for long and when a slight error inflicted in your work, people tend to put a death sentence to you. So I had made a vow not to let working life kills off my quality lifestyle.

I am spending more of my after work time with my chilling with my buddy talking about business opportunities, discussing about my new house, parasiting his family life while I am single & spend more effort pursuing my next piece of jigsaw puzzle in my life. I spend more time reading blogs & posting at least a post a day to share what is it in me everyday. Blogging has phenomenonly inspire my life and amazingly it had been the best listener for the past 3 years for me.

Now if you excuse me, I gotta continue my PSP God of War. What a life @ 30?!?!?!?

I'm Yours

It's Monday. I just can't get enough of this song. It just live up my mood on a Monday plus the sweet sweet ice-cream I had with her last night. If you had been pimping mix.fm, you surely will not miss this song, it gave me a feeling as if I am in some crystal clear beach surrounded by chicks in bikinis & thongs.

Hope you like the song and is having as good feeling & mood as I am now at the moment. Enjoy the video & lyrics.

Well you done done me and you bet I felt it
I tried to be chill but you're so hot that I melted
I fell right through the cracks and now I'm trying to get back
Before the cool done run out
I'll be giving it my bestest
Nothing's going to stop me but divine intervention
I reckon its again my turn to win some or learn some

I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait, I'm yours

Well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and damn you're free
Look into your heart and you'll find love love love
Listen to the music of the moment maybe sing with me
Ah, la peaceful melodys
It's your God-forsaken right to be loved love loved love love

So I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait I'm sure
There's no need to complicate
Our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours

I've been spending way too long checking my tongue in the mirror
And bending over backwards just to try to see it clearer
But my breath fogged up the glass
And so I drew a new face and laughed
I guess what I'm saying is there ain't no better reason
To rid yourself of vanity and just go with the seasons
It's what we aim to do
Our name is our virtue

I won't hesitate no more, no more
It cannot wait I'm sure
There's no need to complicate
Our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours

Well no no, well open up your mind and see like me
Open up your plans and damn you're free
Look into your heart and you'll find love love love love
Listen to the music of the moment come and dance with me
Ah, la one big family ([2nd time:] ah, la happy family)
It's your God-forsaken right to be loved love love love

I won't hesitate no more
Oh no more no more no more
It's your God-forsaken right to be loved, I'm sure
Theres no need to complicate
Our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours

No I won't hesitate no more, no more
This cannot wait I'm sure
There's no need to complicate
Our time is short
This is our fate, I'm yours, I'm yours

Darling, I'm Yours!

The R.A.H.M.A.N Prophecy - Final Curtain

Since Bodohwi 'officially' took over the office in 2004, the price of petrol & diesel was revised 7 times.

1st May 2004 - Petrol priced at RM1.37/litre & diesel priced at RM0.78/litre.

1st Oct 2004 - Petrol priced at RM1.42/litre & diesel priced at RM0.83/litre.

1st Mar 2005 - Petrol priced at RM1.42/litre & diesel priced at RM0.88/litre.

1st May 2005 - Petrol priced at RM1.52/litre & diesel priced at RM1.08/litre.

31st July 2005 - Petrol priced at RM1.62/litre & diesel priced at RM1.28/litre.

28th Feb 2006 - Petrol priced at RM1.92/litre & diesel priced at RM1.58/litre.

5th Jun 2008 - Petrol priced at RM2.70/litre & diesel priced at RM2.50/litre.

Tunku Abdul Rahman is the first Prime Minister of Malaysia, if the R.A.H.M.A.N prophecy is true, the conclusion is nearing, we shall witness the final curtain soon.

Prime Ministers of Malaysia in sequence order (R.A.H.M.A.N Prophecy);
Tunku Abdul Rahman
Tun Abdul Razak
Tun Hussein Onn
Tun Dr Mahathir
Abdullah Ahmad Bodohwi
Najib Abdul Razak or The eNd?

My 2 cents worth; I would prefer it to be eNded soon for the future sake of my anak-anak & cucu-cucu.

On a separate note, Happy Birthday my beloved Agong. I will be having family get-together in Port Dickson this weekend. Do not get extremely upset about the ridiculous increase in petrol price, God willing, we shall see another tsunami sweeping them off this time around.

Happy weekend!

Party That Rule Malaysia, Party BN, Party Barang Naik

snaps courtesy of TVSmith

Every Tom, Dick & Harry were talking about it this morning and probably they will continue debating about it during their lunch & dinner time.

Petrol price increased by a massive of 40%.

Full tank on my MyVi previously may cost around RM60, now I have to fork out RM84 for a mere 1.3 litre car.

Who to blame? Barisan Najis? The government? I would say it was those who voted them in to be blamed. Parti Keadilan De Facto Leader, DSAI with his press statement stressing that keeping the petrol price low is still one of his top priority agenda.

And you think RM2.70/litre is a burden? Price will be reviewed monthly.

Do you also know that with every increase of US$1 per barrel for crude oil, Malaysia is earning an additional of US$250 million? Where is the logic? Why must we support a government who assumed the rakyat do not know the math? Why compare us to other countries that do not have oil & gas? Why not you compare us with the country who produces oil & gas?

According to the Finance Minister 2, Nor Mohamed bin Yakcop in an interview, "...keuntungan Petronas sepatut digunakan untuk masa depan negara dan juga anak-anak dan cucu-cucu kita..." full interview here.

Anak siapa? Cucu siapa? Goblok!

After petrol, TNB also announced to increase their rates. Who to blame in the end of the day?

Petrol naik.... checked! 40%
Elektrik naik... checked! 18% for home
Barang naik.... CONFIRMED! (?)%

Gaji naik??? I doubt, if yes what is the rate???

Drinking & Clubbing - Code of Ethics

I had slowed down a lot in the clubbing scene this year. Those were the times, many clubs that I usually frequent during my college days here already gone defunct - Emporium, Atmosphere, Nouvo, Viva just to name a few. The only club that is still surviving up to now is The Beach Club.

When we talked about clubbing, how can we not talk bout drinking? If we club & dont drink, it is so incomplete, it is like sex without foreplay. I had gone clubbing with various groups of my friends. I would say I miss my old bunch of club kakis, at least they know what is the real meaning of ethics.

Have you experience before one of those fuckers will keep on knocking your glass asking you to bottom-up? To me, one or two times I really do not mind. But continously a few glasses, and when you refuse to drink, they say you never give face. I mean wtf with giving face or not? I am sharing the cost, I drink as of when I want and I want to enjoy my night and still wake up in the morning without hangovers. Not only that, I hate going with bunch who know the fact that we going Dutch on the cost, they are WASTING liquor like nobody business. Imagine 3 bottles of Black Label for a group of 10 pax in less than an hour. Crazy right?

Things are getting real expensive now. Last I heard there will be a great petrol hike tonight. After BN won the GE12 tragically, this is what they had delivered to us. And we got some talk-cockers keep on stressing on the government subsidy to the rakyat. 8th March, we Rakyat want a change. This time, I want you corruptors out of the government, Goddamnitt!!!

***LIVE*** Typhoon in Malaysia

I am working in the office until I heard a loud bang outside my office. Feeling curious, I pimped through the window and for the very first time of my life in Malaysia, I experienced typhoon. The thunder is clapping while I am posting this.

2 months ago, I experienced typhoon level 1 in Hong Kong whilst heading to the top of Lantau Hill. Then the next day in HK, I experienced typhoon level 3 where most of the shops there will close early.

What happened today IMHO is probably typhoon level 4-5, the wind is so blardy strong that it damaged & shattered one of the glass doors of my office building.

For those who are planning to leave the office soon, stay till the wind calms down ya. Those who are rushing somewhere, just be safe.

Buying A House

My sister will be back this Thursday; she's on biz trip around SEA and Malaysia will be one of the stop after Manila. The last time I caught up with her was during my Hong Kong trip 2 months ago.

Owning a house in Hong Kong is almost near to impossible to any working individual. A mere 600sqft condominium in HK will cost in the region of approx. RM1 million just like the one my sis is staying now in HK. So, this idea of buying house in Malaysia struck us early this year. A million ringgit you can be assured of semi-D in Damansara area. So I am doing the job of scouting for a new house and it will be one of the agenda when I meet up with my sister later this week.

Our mission is to purchase a new place at least by end of this year after I paid off my other miscellaneous commitments & debts. Frankly speaking, when comes to buying a house, the very first consideration will be; whether that property is going to be our own place or just a mere investment. We came to consensus that it will be our own place and of course with this we then shortlist a few area/community that we like best.

Damansara been always my top of mind when comes to a place to stay; the organized infrastructure & community are the main reason; schools, hypermarts, dining places, road access & transportation. Being the most sought after area, the properties around Damansara area are highly priced. Landed properties will be in the region of RM350k and above and reasonably good condos will be priced in the region of RM300k and mind you this is minus renovation.

So finally, I found a pretty reasonable place and bearing the name Damansara in its address which within our budget. There is this very nice condo located in Sri Damansara which just completed over 2 years; low density & new. Although I still have to pay the RM1.60 Samy Vellu's project LDP toll, I like the place pretty much as it has greens & near to most of my best buddies stay. My friend just bought a link house in Sri Damansara and will move in anytime this year, another best buddy of mine stays in Selayang. My mahjong buddy stays in Kota Damansara and thinking of normal drinking places in the Curve, it looks like almost confirm we will go for this place.

Reasonably priced at the region of RM220k, we still have a budget of around RM80k to play around the renovation. Now talking about the dollar & cents, here comes the mortgage loan part. Many factors and calculations needed to finalize which bank you will go for your loan. The BLRs, MRTA, MLTA, SPA fees, legal fees, etc. Wise decision needed as once you are bonded with a bank, there is a certain period that you cannot refinance or pay off as there will be a penalty imposed.

After signing off the S&P agreement and finalizing the loan, the mind draining part will be the renovation & furnishing. I do hope some of my ID friends can perhaps give an advice or even to the extend of drafting a simple plan for my ID. Then locating a certain budget and comparing quotes from the contractors, different contractors needed for different renovation; kitchen, bedrooms, curtains, air conditioning, security, the list just goes on. Headache isn't it? And with limitation in budget, a lot of things that you wanna do it at a go, you are hesitated. Owning a dream house is never easy, that is for sure.

I would probably save quite a substantial amount of $$$ on furnishings based on the nature of industry I am now. Too many things boggling my mind now and hope that I can pull through it properly. And when this dream is achieved, let's party in my new place ya.

Don't worry, I will prepare a wish list after I am in the final stage of pimping my own place. Save your money for that ya as I AM BROKE NOW!!!

:)

PS: Apology to my best buddy, Sean. You had helped me in my toughest part of life, I hope to pull through this mid-age crisis I am experiencing now. Thanks for understanding always, it is not easy to find a buddy that will stick to you thick & thin and support you in whatever you do. Will be at my best to settle everything in this couple of months to come (you know what I mean, and I mean it). Thanks!
