Following up on my previous posting, slept till about 1pm today, beautiful non-working Sunday mar, saw a miss call which the number is unfamiliar to me on my phone which I ignored, the same number called again, I picked up this time. It's Josh Lim from Advertlets. I think for the coming days, he will be interested to know what is my next action after talking to me. Ok here you go...
Thanks for calling and giving me your version of story. I appreciated it and giving you the benefit of the doubt, you do not want to lose a friend like me. For your knowledge, I will not remove the previous post because that is how I felt about your company and our friendship got nothing to do with my unhappiness about your company, the post will eventually stays.
And as you know Josh, I do not blog anonymously and most of the time I write what I felt, what I see & what I heard, I am not paid by anyone to do that posting. Whether there are miscommunication between you & Daniel Franklin, whether you are upset with Slowcat for fraudulent clicks which you claimed that those clicks were of the same of the person who log in to the account, if you got support to all these claims, why not you clear it personally with them? Why wait till someone bombarded you in the blogosphere and out of nowhere, you were being flamed left right up down? For your info, 3 of us here are just very small bloggers, not those commanding thousands of uniques daily and yet you got so agitated, what we said cannot put your company into trouble overnight if your company had already a strong base. In other words, we are just PEANUTS to you.
Josh, whenever I have a conversation with you, you always never fail to condemn nuffnang. Why you need to do that? Frankly, they never ever made negative remark about your company. You claimed they snatched your staff, I try to put it this way Josh, let say if I am working with your company in an apartment office then suddenly another company comes to me, offered me a better environment of workplace and a better pay cheque, logically we got to move on right? But loyalty wise, if you had been treating and listening to your staff, I do not see all your staff need to move to the other boat that you need to hire part-timers to assist you. Why not Josh, let's move on, stop complaining about your rival and see what you can do to improve, not whining and groaning the same issue over and over again. In business, if there is no rivalry how the hell you gonna improve?
Josh, also tell me beside your so called "big" project on StarCeleb, what's installed next? What impact you created thus far in the blogosphere? Perhaps you spent too much attention on keeping your big bloggers, inviting them to photo shoot, inviting them for function, that you forgot what is happening in the blogosphere? You did nothing basically where I can name other big project from your rival that hit the blogosphere almost instantly. From an advertiser point of view, who will I go for? You are lucky maybe not everyone are like me "advertiser & blogger" at the same time.
My 2 cents, improve yourself & your company, like you said everyone wanna looks good, if you had played your role well, I believe many other bloggers would have write positive things about you & your company, even peanuts like us cannot affect you. Do not call me and repeated the same thing again to me of how others do to you, I mean that is the business world, you are weak, you will be kicked out, as simple as that. Bout the issues with other bloggers, I personally think in future you solve the matters fast and precise before they vent out their unhappiness towards you & your company.
I wish you the best in everything, and if one day I feel it is worth to put up your banner again, I will do so. In the meantime, I am pro-nuffnang, see my Guinness ad or not?
