ISA Rampage In Malaysia

Portfolio changes today. Dollah to take over the Defense Ministry while Najib to be the Finance Minister. It does not take a genius to figure why such arrangement was made. Image courtesy of The Malaysian Insider, read more here.

On top of that another blogger was arrested at 5PM today. Syed Azidi Syed Abdul Aziz aka kickdefella was arrested at Kota Bahru believed to be under the ISA and his controversial Malaysian flag incident. Malaysiakini reported here.

And a statement made by Dollah Badawi which rather disturbing. Mr. Prime Minister made a statement that opposition leader, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim is a THREAT to the country's economy because of his constantly misleading remarks over investments and promises to topple the government. Read again ISA is detention without trial, no warrant needed and nobody know how long the detention will be. Who is threaten? The country or Dollah himself? Malaysiakini with its report here.

Grrr.....

I Am A Sept 16th Desperado

I am desperate to see the change and I do pray for Sept 16th to happen. There is nothing much to be proud of when you read the news everyday about Malaysia. Again and again, a number of gobloks in the country had made it a laughing stock of the world.

To sum it up of what's happening this week.

1. Ahmad Ismail was suspended mere 3 years for calling Chinese 'immigrants' & 'American Jews'. I am wondering if the above statement does not sound like a sedition.

2. Home Ministry sent 3 show cause letters to local newspapers. They are,

Local english daily - TheSun

Opposition weekly bulletin - Suara Keadilan

Local Chinese newspaper - Sin Chew Jit Poh

I am wondering if they will do the same to Utusan Malaysia for its piece of this
false reporting.

3. The cabinet instructed MCMC to lift its ban on Malaysia-Today website yesterday. However, little do we know that the cabinet decided to arrest national hero, Raja Petra under the ISA. RPK was arrested today at 1.10PM.

If you really want to do something for this man, get your phone and flood the country with this SMS:

"RPK detained under the ISA. Show solidarity with him on 15 Sept, at 8PM at the Kelana Jaya Stadium."

I am cancelling all my appointment on Monday evening to attend to this. It's time to put the ISA into the bin. Enough is enough, lawan tetap lawan!

On a separate note, I am not feeling too well today, took a medical leave, went to see doctor and was diagnosed with hypertension. Hmm... time for a change for myself too...

Have a nice weekend peeps!

MCA & GERAKAN: Time To Say Goodbye

Penang Gerakan severed ties with UMNO Penang. (Malaysiakini news here)

Penang MCA also severed ties with UMNO Penang. (Malaysian Insider reported here)

All this because, Achmed said Chinese are "immigrants" in Malaysia before the independence & he had also liken the Chinese to the "American Jew", while supporter tore up a photograph of Gerakan acting president Tan Sri Koh Tsu Koon.

It's time to say goodbye not only for Penang branch. It's time for the whole Malaysia to do so. Don't you think so?

Achmed Ismail, Silence! I'll (*Removed*) You!

UPDATES: Fellow Chinese & Indian readers of mine, stay calm. My 2 cents, perhaps this is one of its strategy to provoke us. Stay calm, if we run riot like we did in 1969, emergency will then be declared. We are the generation next, be smart, not to be emotional about it. Less than a week, we will celebrate our very own MERDEKA!!! And yes we love our Malay friends. After much advices from readers and commenters, I did a bit tweaking on the title.

Frog face, I think it is time for you to keep your fucking mouth shut. Reading from the latest piece from Malaysiakini,

"Penang Umno leader Ahmad Ismail, the man at the centre of the ‘racial slur' controversy, warned Chinese Malaysians not to mimic American Jews who not only seek to control the country's economy but also its political power."

Read more here.

This is for you Achmed...

My Government is Stupid Not My Country

My country Malaysia is a very beautiful multi-racial country. Once upon a time, I have a very smart & vocal Prime Minister who developed & made Malaysia a respected nation in the world. Then he promised no censorship over internet, he has not broken his promise but unfortunately....

But now my country is being run by a "Not So Clean" PM & his son-in-law. So foreigners reading this, do not come here to invest. Go other Asian countries, but if you really insist to come because it is a beautiful country, can also but need to spoon feed a lot of people lah, you know all business need license, and for approval, a term you must know "duit kopi" or commission existed in our administration. Last time we bought submarine, also got commission wat.

Malaysia-Today got banned. Barisan Najis (BN) used its machineries to stop all access to the site that enlighten us Malaysians. My government people all mostly stupid, the No. 1 man, his son-in-law, Botak, Muhammad son of Muhammad, just to name a few. Some even graduated with bogus degrees.

I heard Google wants to set up its multi billion data collection centre here in my country. I will strongly encourage Google not to come to my country, because my government got mood wan, if mood no good, they will censor here and there. Go Taiwan, better and smarter governence.

Uhh... will my blog be banned?

Permatang Pauh - Malaysian Hope

With 2 days to go to Permatang Pauh by-election, I have my duty to spread the news to as many possible. I am not a person who fancy any individual but I am sure I want to see a change in this sad state of Malaysia. For 50 years, this country had been ruled by one political coalition, the BN. Look at the States, British, from Labor to Democrat, from Democrat to Republic, who are the one afraid of change? The BN warned of economical instability if Pakatan Rakyat (PR) is to rule, the BN also warned that Malays' rights will not be uphold should PR form the government. These are mere sayings, have we actually given PR a chance to administrate our country? The logic is simple, it is about people's power, if PR fails us, we kick them out the next election. What is BN afraid of? Or why the component parties in BN fail to voice themselves up?

Not everyone can be a politician. I am not a fan of DSAI but his charisma, his influence, his knowledge & wisdom and his logic overshadowed any other politician in the BN. I believe Tun Mahathir perhaps is the closest rival to DSAI if he is still at power. Badawi just flip-flop too much, his family and his personal life had made him the worst Prime Minister of Malaysia. His poor command of English and his constant caught in the act catching cat-nap in seminars, conferences, meetings, etc - how can this guy run a country?

Like many Malaysians, we do want to see a CHANGE. Permatang Pauh belongs to the PR, until Datuk Seri Wan Azizah sacrificed it to allow his husband to contest the by-election. This is not about an individual, this is about the agenda & manifesto of a political coalition. I definitely do not want the Permatang Pauh be represented by some bogus PhD holder. Let's go for a checkmate! Vote PR!

And do check out the video on Arif Shah courtesy of The Dandelions, you better believe it, it's true, it's true...

The choice is clear innit?

Jalur Gemilang is in Distress

I am having a mental block at the moment. Too many things come at a time but no worries people, those things are good problem. Mentally block meaning this I am uninspired to write something and do not know what to write. Am looking forward to my Friday, but looking at the calendar in front of me now while I am posting this, I am having a very heavy Friday instead, full with appointments.

But I am glad that tomorrow it's Friday. And the final week of August should be a relaxing one. I still have some balance leaves that I would need to clear by next week. Am planning to have a breakaway trip to my hometown. Going to finish the one bottle of Black Label that I opened during my last trip back to Melaka. So if anyone is going Melaka for the Merdeka holiday, please buzz me.

Ahhh.... talking about Merdeka... it trigger me suddenly to write about this (spontaneously). I read in some blogs, that the flip-flop PM with craters face urged the Police to take action on bloggers who show disrespect by flying the Malaysian flag upside down. Fellow blogger, Sheih had on Aug 3 launched a campaign to fly the Jalur Gemilang upside down as a symbol of the people's frustrations and as a signal of a nation in distress. Distress innit? I am distress too. Who to believe and who is not to believe, I am really disgusted, so I answer the call to fly the Jalur Gemilang upside down as the symbol of my frustration.

A while ago, a blogger was arrested under ISA for modifying the symbol of the Police Force. I hope before the police take the action on bloggers who are flying the flag upside down, they should read this.

Sigh... frankly speaking, deep down I have faith in DSAI. I do hope and pray he will win in Permatang Pauh. It had been almost 51 years we are under BN rules, I would love to go for a change at least now, if seriously Pakatan Rakyat fails us, we kick them out in the next GE. I do want to see PR forms the government. But as much as I want, there are far too much to understand, that some MPs in PR tend to screw things up, I hope they are not true and merely political. MPs from PR, please do not fail the Sept 16th plan.

Oh... did I mention earlier that I have a mental block? Waiter, I need my pint of Guinness please...

Pictures You Do Not See On Local Media

Talking about free media, I am very God-damn-sure that you do not see this in the local mainstream media. Open up the paper this week, headings against the Opposition spreaded all over, NST, The Star, Utusan, you name it. PKR Youth whacked journalists, PKR Youth Samseng lah.

Before that, check out the pictures courtesy of Uncle Zorro.

OK. OK. Sometimes we guys tend to be naughty. But wait a moment, BN UMNO girls so called Puteri are naughty too :)

So bloggers are liars huh? Hmm... botak, botak...

And on separate note, congratulations to all passes winners for the Levi's Unbuttoned Launch Party specially for MikeMmery readers. Thanks to kind personnel from Levi's who also blog for the passes. All winners will receive their passes via courier service tomorrow.

Enjoy the party peeps!

ISA - Undang2 Kepala Bapak Kau!

A little modification to Cyndi Lauper's song,

"I see your true colors haunting through
I see your true colors that's why I fuck you"

Read Uncle Kit's posting here. I can remember it was like my younger days, when you cannot stare cock at a person, if not he will confront you and said, "what the fuck you looking at?" Without reason, you can be bashed up anytime for no reason. Same here, if Dollah hates you, with no reason, ISA applies.

Good Bye Najib

Najib will never be a PM by 2010. Why? If Pete is true, Najib is the biggest liar in the country.

"Yes, Najib met Saiful to discuss how to fix Anwar on a sodomy allegation. No doubt, at first Najib denied all this. At first he said he never met Saiful, not even once in his life. Then he admitted meeting Saiful but said he met Saiful to offer the young man ‘career guidance’ and to discuss his future, scholarship, and all such matters. The first statement was a lie. The second was also a lie. Najib met Saiful to discuss the sodomy allegation against Anwar."

Read more here.

This perhaps also indicate that Dollah will stay on power beyond 2010. Or is it the end of BN?

Can We Have More DSAI & RPK In The Country?

First, it was Anwar. Then it was RPK. The government is fully utilizing its machineries to clamp down this 2 icons of Malaysia. These 2 icons stressed again & again, "LAWAN TETAP LAWAN!"

Let's look at the what happened this week.

  1. DSAI was served court order to stay away from parliament, to be exact to stay away 5km radius from the parliament, basically it is asking DSAI to be under house arrest as his residence is near to the parliament.
  2. DSAI agreed to give his statement at IPK 2PM but was arrested an hour before the timeline at his house with more than a dozen of police vehicles with police in balaclavas (if you play counterstrike, you will know what is it)
  3. DSAI cooperated, was even stripped naked and got his private part measured. He slept on the cement slab in IPK.
  4. Immediately DSAI was released on bail, RPK's turn to be arrested and charged under criminal defamation.
  5. Roadblocks in 22 hotspots to ensure public safety (fucking shit, I was late for work for god sake - 20 of my other colleagues were late that day)
  6. Botak in yesterday Star paper said "Syed Hamid: Anwar need not fear giving sample". This botak is trying to influence an ongoing investigation but no action so far against botak. (DNA samples during the 1998 case was too old? Sekolah hutan mana you keluar botak? DNA cannot be manipulated BUT can be planted, see the reason why now? Duh... botak)
  7. Private investigator, Bala & nephew's lawyers were called to police station for questioning. (now polis nak takut takutkan lawyers pulak tu, polis tak tau apa tu professionalism kah?)
  8. The Oil Debate - So what? We know who won, who is more intellectual and who is from the jungle school but so what?
Government is using its media, its police force, its judiciary system against 2 icons who got the rakyat behind them. We got YouTube, Blogger, Google all behind us.

LAWAN TETAP LAWAN!

The Debate: Anwar Won But So What?

I witnessed the debate between the two politician themselves. Strawberry was grilled, in my eyes he is not in the same league as Anwar. There were clappings for Strawberry though but in my very frank opinion, this shown and clearly indicated from what jungle school these people were from.

Anwar was only in his first gear, Strawberry just does not match the qualities of a MP, if with his knowledge and way of conversing and debating, I think I can be a better MP than him. Stuttering most of the time speak with mouthful of saliva, he failed miserably to stick to the topic, prefer personal attack. Gosh, he lost the debate even in the first round already.

So, Anwar won hands down, but so what? Government will still use all its machineries to nail him down. As expected he is currently arrested. Like I said, what will happen to Strawberry now? Will the fella really resign? No, with this governence, we will not see anything, we will not see change or whatever. Those BN punks are so arrogant. All BN did does not make any human sense at all. Flip-flopping seems to be the trend. Police, A-G, media all pro-BN, what are left for us to do next?

Malaysians do not like to walk the street, demo or rally or whatsoever, never. We were warned, some are afraid, we are like a puppet to this dirty governence. They say sit, most will sit, stand most will stand. Things will change soon, but how? Is BN testing the people's patience? Can the Vendetta really happen in this country? Or we still better sit in our own comfort zone, be quiet, stop critisizing as long as we can find enough to feed ourselves?

Do the government really want to test the People's Power? And my concern here is, does everyone have the same courage & same faith as me?

ENOUGH IS REALLY ENOUGH!!!

See the videos of the debate here.

Are You Still Confident With The PM?

Pak Lah announced that he will step down as PM of Malaysia in 2010 and no contest for the top two post in UMNO during the perhimpunan agung end of this year.

4 months plus after he retained his power, 5 years since 2003, what had Malaysia becoming? Can we afford to wait another 2 years after all his flips-flops? What if by 2010, he changes his mind? I personally want him & his regime down. He does not even have balls to debate with DSAI this 15th July 2008 on ways how to manage the world petrol price hike (poor Shabery).

4 months plus, Pakatan Rakyat had shown us some enlightenment. I fully support in this call of no confidence motion on our Flip-Flop PM.

Are you with me?

Which Is More Obscene?

This week, the mass media made a huge fuss over the incident of a local punk rocker group whose freestyle performance led to a controversy. The group called Carburretor Dung was condemned as lead singer pulled his pants overseeing his boxer. He was then punched and got bottles, bags, etc flying on him from the crowd. I agree this is unacceptable as there were children and elderly presence on that rally that day.

If the above action is obscene, what about this??? The above is an underground band which myself has not even heard of them but below this is the Menteri Besar of Pahang with his sign language. He is representing the whole state of Pahang.

Well.. in recent weeks, another sign language from our Kinabatangan MP. Why the mass media do not condemn these actions like they did on Carburretor Dung? Hanief did a great job on the below video. Enjoy!

All Blogs 100 Days & Nuffnang New Poll

I will be attending the above event tonight @ Blog House , No. 66 Lorong Setiabestari 2, Bukit Damansara, 50490 KL. If any of you bloggers & readers there, do say hello ya. Event details here.

In between, I also started a new poll thanks to the nuffnang widget. I started the poll not because I want to defame anyone, just to listen how other Malaysians or foreigners who are reading mikemmery feels. Do participate.

Personally I am a bit tired of all this uncertainties happening in this country, with all the buttfucking news flaming around, tired & disgusted. It had come to a point that the word "Malaysia" becoming the laughing stock of the world because of this.

I have a sister who is residing in Hong Kong, I have Malaysian buddies who work in Singapore, Japan, The States & England. None of these wise buddies of mine have a second thought to come back Malaysia. Frankly, our country is not that bad after all, really. Looking around, people of different cultures, races & religions, we can sit together and watch football at mamak, we are a harmonious bunch. But with the worsening economy state and people have less disposable income to spend, it makes the people restless & felt like living in a pressure cooker.

Myself, I have a decent lifestyle but I do feel the pinch very much with all the hikes and policies by our current administrator. I look at other countries, human rights are so great, people can speak, choose, practice without fear. Here, we do not have that privilege. Only bloggers dare to speak out, even that we bloggers also at risk of being arrested, caged, with laptop seized. These are all the fears. My parents, my family, my close buddies advised me to tone down the way of my political posts in this blog but frankly I am not political incline to BN or PKR, but I am more towards to those who can get things done. Not everyone can be politician, those who can must live up to that pressure and people's expectation.

It's a joke at times, for example our Prime Minister, I am wondering how can he stands side by side with other PMs from other countries with his rotten English, with his images caught sleeping, with him honeymooning with his wife, with him officiating Nasi Kandar shop while the people in Johor experienced the worst flood ever. All this are not mere gossips to smear his name, all this are supported with facts & pictures. I am ashame not because I am Malaysian, I am ashame because I have such a PM who always lie to his people which is us the "rakyat"

Enough said, I shall be equipped with my camera for BlogHouse later.

Have a great weekend!

Updates: In between, I will be joining the PROTES rally tomorrow (05/07/2008; 10AM) at Stadium Kelana Jaya. For the betterment of Malaysia, let's join.

SHOCKING! Najib Sodomised

Main witness for Altantunya's murder case, P. Balasubramaniam made a stunning claim. Average rakyat like me, after seeing the whole video, I was stunned. What the fuck had happened in this beautiful country?

I smelt shits on police, shits on Attorney General, shits on big politicians, shits on mainstream editors who fail to show the true colours of what's happening in Malaysia. You bastards smelt of shits. Instead, you are trying to use the same fucking old backdoor case to bring the innocence back to jail. I said fuck you!

I do not trust police no more, the top 2 man in Malaysia, if I happen to see you in public, I am going to save my fart for you.

This is fucking shocking. Watch the video.

Water For Petrol???

Read this interesting article in Uncle Zorro and I guess it will be a good share to all with the recent petrol price hike by Bodohwi.

Water for gas??? I was a bit skeptical about it until I read this. It makes sense. We all know water is known as H20. Meaning to say water is composed of 2 parts of Hydrogen & 1 part of Oxygen. So if we can extract Hydrogen & Oxygen from water, meaning it can be fuel, logical isn't it? With Hydrogen as burner & we all know that we need Oxygen in order to have a burning.

Now that really make sense innit? And if water can replace fuel, fuck do I look like I care if Bodohwi going to increase the petrol price to RM10/litre or not because now water is free, if you stay in Selangor, water is absolutely free and we do not have to be like some fuckhead who mentioned that Malaysia will be net importer of petroleum in 2011. If they really concern, invest in the below system and make it happen. And Petronas will tell me, "Do we look like we care for the rakyat?"

Imagine all cars in the world running on water. Where can I get this in Malaysia? The Water Power.

Malaysian Drama Is More Interesting Than TVB Drama

2008 saw a new time high in Malaysia's political scene. 8th March 2008, the political tsunami finally taught the ever-arrogant BN a lesson. Though the BN still ruling the country by a simple majority, it seems that the Dollah government does not seem to know how to please the people. We were slapped with a 41% petrol price hike (it's still seriously painful to most of us) then come this July a 18% increase of electricity for residence, in which earlier this year Najib brushed off news of price hike in petrol, this indicates that Ministers also human, they do LIE. Our PM also lied, making the tag team of Dollah-Najib Liar Liar. Then we have SAPP issue. More interestingly, read this following article, to believe or not to believe, totally up to you. So much more drama to watch and I cannot wait till the finale.

Sorry for the non-update for the past few days, there is no other reason than work that is keeping me away from other personal stuff. Got to also accompany my girlfriend friend. This morning slept at 4AM, went to this new nightclub in PJ, The Vivo Club (you know those club with overpriced Swing & with GROs sitting with you), blardy tired and sleepy now.

Today after work will be away for Mahjong and over the weekend I participated in some game organized by the Mix.FM Roadrunner team, I won the premiere screening for Run Fatboy Run.

Signing off for now. Though market is bad, I wonder why the corporate sales side (my department) is doing so well. It must be me... AHEM AHEM... must be I am a damn good strategist *perasan*

Back to work now... DUH?!?!?

Don't Angry With Pak Lah, He's Just A Farmer

Every now on then, we read a lot in blogosphere condemning our current premier "flip-flop" Badawi. I was drinking with a client last night, who is holding director post in a MNC, and we venture our conversation from a business one to a political one when he made the remark, "Correct! Correct! Correct!"

He told me he hates Pak Lah but sometimes come to think about it, all is not well his fault, he was made the PM by Tun Dr Mahathir by chance. And he is definitely not an economist. He is a farmer and Nasi Kandar champion. With his little knowledge about economy, he is relying a lot from the 4th floor boys. He is the classic among all Prime Ministers of Malaysia. He reminded me of the once upon a time famous Chipsmore cookies advert, "Now you see it, Now you don't!"

It is sad to see a farmer championing the country at the moment. You know all the ex-PM in Malaysia were given the title of "FATHER" or "BAPA" depending on their contribution to the nation. Tunku Abdul Rahman was our Father of Independence, Tun Abdul Razak was our Father of Development, Tun Hussein Onn was known as the Father of Unity and as for Tun Dr Mahathir, he was greatly known as the Father of Modernization. As for Badawi, he should be known as Father of what? Bapak apa? With such pressures from the public, he still think he had done nothing wrong and he is not responsible for the political tsunami on 8th March 2008. He asked the people to change lifestyle, like how? Planting veges & rearing chicken?

However, the most discussed topic in any kopitiam now would be will we see the change by Sept 16th dateline as per DSAI say? I am really looking forward to it. We certainly need an individual with great charisma & personality to run the country. Most importantly, someone who understand what economy is. Although I am a bit skeptical but I would give this man the benefit of the doubt should he be the No.1 man of Malaysia. At least, IMHO, he will not flip-flop like the former. I read about his vow to the nation and I believe he can make it happen.

Let's stop ranting about Pak Lah and have faith with the Sept 16th dateline. It's a great weekend.

Hey Pak Lah, jom nasi kandar?
