I am here in Friendster's Cafe for the very first Malaysia Bloggers' Day. And instead of being in an uplifting mood, I am rather disturbed knowing one of the fellow blogger got arrested and got remanded by the police.
Nathaniel Tan aka Nat, was arrested yesterday afternoon at his office of Yayasan Aman in Phileo Damansara by 3 officers who claimed to be police officers from Bukit Aman. We are not certain about the motive of arresting Nat. No doubt the authorities are trying to extract information from him through intimidation.
Today Nat was brought to court wearing a lock-up T-shirt, handcuffed & bare-footed. Nat was charged with possessing OSA document (pr documents, we are not sure). It was said that he posted on the net a link online which leads to a website that publishes allegation of corruption against Johari Baharom.
